Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning(CSCL) has been focusing on how to facilitate interaction between individual learners and improve performance in group level. One of the important purposes of CSCL is to produce common learning result through collaboration of learners in group. In addition to that, supporting collaborative problem-solving process should be needed to make collaborative inquiry activity successful. Learners could face up diverse challenges in the course of collaborative problem- solving, so that interaction between peer learners is getting important.
The results of this research are as follows: coordination supporting tool enhances quality of learning activity to make interaction between learners more active. This findings is based on the χ2 analysis (χ2 = 15.28, p=.009). Especially coordination supporting tool has positive impact on learning goal-sharing between learners. Coordination supporting tool could provide space and function for interaction between learners. It also means that coordination supporting tool could play an important role in defining whole learning task process.
Coordination supporting tool positively affects learning results. Portfolio result which is an output of collaborative learning in group with coordination supporting tool show positive impact(t(62)=5.60, p=.000). It implies that coordination support for portfolio could cause positive result in terms of division of labor, direction definition, learning goal-sharing.
