영문초록

The purpose of this was to analyze for research on thigh muscle function according to type of dance majors. subjects were korea dancing group(n=10). ballet group(n=10) and modern dancing group (n=10) of college. They were measured and evaluated the strength of 60/sec sork speed and power muscular edxurance of120/sec work speed after 25 time(extension /flexion exercise) The finding of this study were as follows: 1. M.D group on peak torque strength at the lower wordk speed, 60 /sec , was extensor 82.0Nm, flexor 46.6Nm, which was significantly (p<.05) higher than peak torque of B.T.K.D group. However, each group in ratio of extensor to flexor at the same work speed showed imbalance below to 60%. 2. M.D group on peak toque strength at the medium work speed . 120 / sec was extensor 63.2Nm flexor 34.8Nm which was significantly (p<.05) higher than peak torque of B.T.K.D group. However each group in ratio of extensor to flexor at the same work speed showed imbalance below to 60%. 3. Total peak torque work of B.T group on the muscular endurance of legs at the medium work speed , 120 / sec , was extensor exercising 52.1Nm , 1365. 38 joules, flexor exercising 32.0Mn, 1000,11 joules which was significantly (p<.05) higher than K..D, M.D group 4. Muscle power , work of B.T group on the muscular endurance of legs at the medium work speed. 120 / sec was extensor exercising 87.20 Watts flexor exercising 48.41 Watts. Which was significantly (p<.05) higher than K.D , M.D group . Muscle fatigue of B.T group on the muscular endurance of legs at the medium work speed. 120 / sec was extensor exercising 72.39%, flexor exercising 63.46% which significantly (p<.05) lowest than K.D.M.D group withing the results of this study, in the women majof of collegue, during dance exercise for muscle improvement should be make up dancing program for the advancement of strength, muscle power. muscle exdurance in women dancer majors.
