The purpose of this study was to confirm the theoretical concepts of educational values in the endogenous theory of education empirically. The type of internal-external values of education was selected and the pursuit tendencies of these values of education were analyzed in educational episodes by interview method. Additionally, the instrumental values of ascending education and descending education to each other were analyzed. Following the results of this study, the internal-external values of education were existed in many educational episodes and also the instrumental values of ascending education and descending education to each other were existed.
