The goal of this study is to develop \'strategic e-HRD model reflecting the needs of inner stakeholders focusing on public companies. In order to achieve the goal of this study, we analyzed documentations and researched the current status focusing on HRD stakeholders theory, strategic human resource development, and e-HRD system. Also, depth-in interviewing was conducted to expectations, roles, and HRD System expectations to human resource development of each stakeholders with board members, directors, human resource charging staffs, HRD charging staffs, and general staffs, and requirements were recognized. Strategic e-HRD model which reflected the needs of stakeholders including ability bringup module, education management module, and statistics management module based on introduced contents through the analysis of theoretical background and stakeholders was developed. Also, authentication of validity to developed model from domestic HRD field specialist was acquired.
