정보기술을 통한 정보화시대는 상상하기하기 힘든 속도로 빠르게 변화하고 있으며 다양하고 전문화된 사회로 전이되고 있다. 4차 산업혁명을 맞이하는 급변하는 현실 속에서 청소년들은 자신의 미래를 설계하고 진로를 결정하는데 있어 혼란을 겪고 있다. 4차 산업혁명시대 직업의 세계는 날로 다양해지고 전문화되고 있으며 인류가 처음 겪게 된 새로운 격동의 시대에는 사라지는 직업과 새로 생겨나는 직업의 진폭이 그 어느 때보다 클 것으로 예상된다. 이제 새로운 변화에 대비하고 대처할 수 있는 역량 있는 인재를 육성하기 위해서는 청소년들에게 자기 스스로를 이해하고 그것을 토대로 적합한 진로를 탐색, 준비, 결정 할 수 있도록 도와주어야 한다. 그러기 위해서는 무엇보다 직업생활을 미리 체험할 기회가 충분히 주어져야 한다. 자신의 진로를 적극적인 탐색을 통해 발견하고 새로운 길을 개척할 수 있도록 기회를 제공해야한다. 이에 본 연구는 인턴쉽 프로그램의 사례를 분석하여 청소년들이 자신의 흥미를 통해 가치관을 찾고 적성에 맞는 진로를 찾을 수 있도록 진로교육의 방향을 모색하는데 목적이 있다.
The information service era through information technology is changing incredibly fast and spreading to diverse and specialized societies. In the face of the fourth industrial revolution, the rapidly changing reality, teenagers are confused of planning their futures and choosing their paths. In the 4th Industrial Revolution era, the world of jobs is becoming more diversified and specialized, and in the first new turbulent of mankind era, the range of lost and emerging jobs is expected to be huge. It is time to foster human resources that can prepare and respond to change, to help adolescents understand themselves and explore, prepare and make the right path forward based on it. To do so, they should be given ample opportunity to experience their careers in advance. They should b able to discover their path through active exploration and provide opportunities to explore new ways. Therefore, The aim of this study is to analyze examples from the internship program and explore the direction of career education so that teenagers can explore their values through their own interests and find the path that would suit them.
