This study has come to a conclusion from analyzing the accomplishment of the oriented computer educational objectives in the 7th education curriculum and the accomplishment on the cognitional level about the computer education and the correlation in the cognition level of accomplishment of computer education, after the middle school students at school for the visually impaired surveyed with the inquiry of the computer educational environments, to afford the data to program the suitable computer education.
The summary is as follows:
First, the visually impaired students usually use the computer for the information retrieval and they do the computer for 1-2hours a day on the average.
Second, the male students achieve better than the female students and the low vision students achieve better than the visually impaired and the third grade students do better than any other grade in the majority parts of the computer subject.
Third, the highly recognizing students achieve better in many areas on the interst level, the understanding level, the satisfaction level, the necessity and the practicality of their computer lessons.
Fourth, the results show to be more positive in the correlation between the accomplishments that the students achieve in the chapter of computer subject; the man and computer, the basic computer, the pc communications and internet; and the cognitional level of the interest, the understanding, the satisfaction, the necessity and the practicality. Also, accomplishments of the word processors in the chapters of one are more positives in the correlation with the cognitional level on the understandings, the participation, the necessity and the practicality. The accomplishments of the multimedia in the computer subject are more positives in the correlation with the cognitional level on the understandings, the necessity and the practicality.
