In this study, I proposed a strategy for supporting e-learning in elementary education with establishing e-learning concept and presented the problem and solution in existing e-learning systems. First, I represented a system architecture, operation strategy and applying model of e-learning in elementary education. Second, I showed the developmental suggestions of e-learning with new information technologies; digital text book, IPTV, web 2.0 paradigm and cloud computing service. I expect that this paper will show e-learning prototype and vision in future. Key words: e-Learning, Elementary Education
