The purpose of the study was to examine the influential factors affecting the college graduating newcomers's turnover and the outcomes of their successful turnover. We adopted a panel survey(GOMS) data and analyzed the variables in terms of turnover, personal characteristics such as gender and age, job specification, and work environment. In the result, we found that they intended to move new jobs in pursue of wage, work environment, welfare system, and personal career development planning. Identified variables are as follows: college major, wage, job satisfaction, turnover period, and the acquisition of training certificates. As the result of successful turnover, they earned higher income, job satisfaction, job and skill match, the quality of the job such as more decent job status and 4 kinds of national insurance. We suggest the need for stable policies that prevent newcomers from doing turnover in their industries.
