The purpose of this study is to review the changes in the field of Korean school social work, and to propose the direction of Korean school social work college curriculum through Delphi method. Recently Korean schools have enlarged various welfare programs for students in poverty and maladjustment, handicapped students, students from multi-cultural families. As a fundamental research for the development of the college curriculum of school social work, data were gathered from 19 lecturers teaching school social work in the 4-year colleges. As a result, the redefined concept of school social work, the redefined role of school social workers, changed practice perspectives, deeper understandings for students should be included and emphasized in the new school social work college curriculum.
