최근 학교사회복지 실천 현장이 교육격차해소 사업의 확대, 부적응학생에 대한 정책 강화, 장애학생 통합교육 및 다문화가정아동 교육기회 확대, 학생인권에 대한 관심 증가 등으로 변화하고 있어 학교사회복지사의 기본적 교육을 담당해야 할 교과과정의 변화가 요구되고 있다. 이에 학교사회복지 교과과정 개발을 위한 기초조사로서 전국의 4년제 대학에서 학교사회복지 과목을 가르치는 교육자를 대상으로 2009년 9월부터 10월에 걸쳐 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 조사 결과 사회복지사의 정체성 유지와 교육현장의 변화가 학교사회복지 교과과정 개발 시 가장 우선적으로 고려되어야 할 부분으로 지목되었고, 학교사회복지의 개념 및 학교사회복지사의 역할 정립, 지역사회 자원개발과 연계 및 사례관리 등의 실천기술, 학생인권, 교육제도 및 교육정책 등이 향후 교과목 개발에서 강조되어야 할 부분으로 평가되었다.
The purpose of this study is to review the changes in the field of Korean school social work, and to propose the direction of Korean school social work college curriculum through Delphi method. Recently Korean schools have enlarged various welfare programs for students in poverty and maladjustment, handicapped students, students from multi-cultural families. As a fundamental research for the development of the college curriculum of school social work, data were gathered from 19 lecturers teaching school social work in the 4-year colleges. As a result, the redefined concept of school social work, the redefined role of school social workers, changed practice perspectives, deeper understandings for students should be included and emphasized in the new school social work college curriculum.
