This study has the goal to evaluate the effects of the Reality Therapeutic Group Art Therapy for the rehabilitation teacher\'s job-stress. This study\'s subjects have been for the 10 teachers working in the \"H\" Facility of the Disabled, recommended as random base, which is located in \"G\" City. The 5 teachers among them, who expressed themselves their willingness to participate in Art-Therapy group, were selected as the experimental group, and the balanced 5 teachers were composed then as the control group. This Program is composed of 15 sessions as once a week each 80 minutes, in the \"H\" Facility of the Disabled, for the period from June 2010 to October 2010. The Job-stress test and the scanning pictures of person in the rain were used as the tools of this study. To verify the effectiveness of this program, the collected data was listed as the score based on the test method, and then the statistical analysis was made by the independent sample t-test and repeated measures analysis of variance using the SPSS 12.0 program. As the results of this study, the experimental group of the Reality Therapeutic Group Art Therapy was found meaningful statistically, per the time of its test respectively, in the factors of the personal relation and the relationship with other persons, and the relation with staff, among the 5 different kinds of work-related sub-factors, except job-related factors and working environmental factors. And this experimental group was found to be meaningful statistically, in the sub-factors like the job-stress and the ability of overcoming for the scanning pictures of the person in the rain, except its resource factors. On the other hand, the control group which the Reality Therapeutic Group Art Therapy was not applied yet had no remarkable difference in the job-stress tests and the scanning pictures of the person in the rain. Therefore the Reality Therapeutic Group Art Therapy was proved to be effective positively for the rehabilitation teacher\'s job-stress engaged in Facilities of the Disabled.
