This research is designed to find out how the program which encourages infants to help their disabled friends as a member of group affects to the positive attitude of accepting disabilities among infants, improving the quality of extending special education to the disabled and respecting their individual characteristics of serious disabled infants. ""Disabled friend program"" has been derived from the collections of Kindergarten Educational Activities and a shift of attitude of accepting disabilities has been analyzed through questionnaires after applying the program.
In conclusion, ""Disabled friend program"" is effective to the overall attitude change of non-disabled infants since the experimental group showed a substantial change about knowledge of disabilities, acceptance of disabilities, resolution of conflict, and interactions among disabled infants, while the control groups didn't.
