본 연구는 사회복지 현장실습 기관의 수퍼비전이 실습성과를 매개변인으로 하여 사회복지 전공 학생의 진로확신정도에 미치는 영향에 관하여 알아보고자 한 연구이다. 연구결과 실습기관의 수퍼비전은 실습성과를 통해 사회복지 전공 학생의 진로확신정도에 이르는 경로를 완전매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 실습기관에서 실습생에게 제공하는 수퍼비전이 사회복지 전공학생의 진로확신정도에 영향을 미침에 있어서 실습과정에서 달성한 실습성과가 중요한 매개변인으로서 두 변수의 관계를 연결하는 것을 의미한다. 이러한 결과는 사회복지를 전공하는 학생들의 진로에 대한 확신정도를 명확히하기 위해선 현장실습이 진행되는 과정 안에서 질 높고 체계적인 수퍼비전의 제공을 통하여 높은 수준의 실습성과를 달성할 수 있도록 실습기관의 노력이 요구됨을 의미한다.
The present study was conducted to investigate whether the supervision of field practicum in social welfare agency have influence on the student's career certainty majoring in social welfare in any way moderated by practicum outcome The participants in this study were 406 students from sixteen four-year universities in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. Collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis to identify the respondents and variables characteristic, path analysis, and mediated effect test. The result revealed that the path from supervision of field training in social welfare organs to the student's career certainty majoring in social welfare was fully mediated by result of training. In other words, achieved result from training is important mediated factor in the relationship between supervision from social welfare organs and student's career certainty majoring in social welfare. Implication of this study is that to provide high quality and systematic supervision through field training is important in order to student's career certainty majoring in social welfare.
