본 연구는 요양보호대상중 시설노인과 재가노인의 ADL, 운동능력에 차이를 알아보기 위해 실시되었다. 연구대상은 시설과 재가에서 서비스를 받고 있는 요양 등급 2～3등급의 시설노인 83명과 재가 노인 83명을 대상으로 하였다. 대상자의 ADL은 K-MBI 그리고 운동능력은 MMAS를 사용하여 알아보았다. 자료처리의 일반적 특성은 기술통계를 실시하였고 요양구분(시설/재가)별, 등급별 ADL, 운동능력의 유의성 검정은 일원분산분석(one-way ANOVA)하였다. 연구 결과 재가노인과 시설노인의 ADL, 운동능력 비교에서 ADL수행력은 대상 전체에서 시설노인이 재가 보다 유의하게 높았고, 2등급과 3등급에서는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 운동능력은 전체대상과 2등급, 3등급 모두 시설노인이 재가노인보다 운동능력이 유의하게 높았다.
The purpose of this study was to compare with the activity of daily living and the motor ability with Long-term care service(home or facilities) use by the elderly. The subjects of the study were from 83 elders with the second and third grade in 3 facilities and 83 elders with the second and third grade in 3 home-help centers with Long-term care service use by the elderly in Jeonbuk province. K-MBI was used to assess the subjects\' activity of daily living, MMAS was used to assess the subjects\' motor ability. For data processing associated with care service types and grades, one-way ANOVA was used for the significance test for the activity of daily living, motor ability and the life satisfaction by care service types(home or facilities). The total elders in facilities revealed higher scores in ADL than the total elders at homes. But it was not significant with the second and third grade. The elders in facilities can revealed higher scores in the motor ability than elders at homes with total elders, the second and third grade elders.
