Like largely occupied in arts of schools and its curriculum, the importance of arts museum education has increased. Though the characters of arts museum and schools are different, the need of their relationships is going to improve. This two organizations’ educational objects are same as ‘Open Education’, Korean Governments’ 7th Curriculum, based on esthetic experience, expression and appreciation. Nowadays the domestic teachers’ educations of arts museum are constructed with courses and lectures related exhibitions or independent educational programs.However the diverse programs, various examples depends on targets and professional senses, and the basic researches of targets of education had not been enforced so the education had stayed one time events. This research was conducted for the purpose to teachers of active participating arts museum’s teacher programs from good quality educational results in order to relationship between arts museum education and school, comparing the present state of Korean and American arts museum educations and preparing outreached borderlines of schooling. The reason of normally limited activation of domestic arts museum’s teacher programs is insufficient application of collection and exhibition because of lack of professional educators and budgets. For development and advancement museum outreach programs, employment of educators in the museums should be first. Furthermore arts museum educators need to participate into school curriculums or cultivation of text books. So they have relationship with the school teachers and endeavor for successful museum outreach programs.
