This study explored the predictability of E-Learning efficacy, continuous-learning culture and
motivation to transfer on learning transfer in corporate e-learning contexts. In addition, this study
examined the mediating effect of motivation to transfer between e-Learning efficacy, continuous-learning
culture, and learning transfer. Through this investigations, we suggest useful guidelines for enhancing the
effectiveness of corporate e-Learning in Korea. The subjects were 78 learners in A company who
participated in corporate e-Learning courses regarding task skills (e.g., computer skills). They responded
the following surveys: e-learning efficacy, continuous-learning culture, motivation to transfer and learning
transfer. Baron & Kenny (1986)’s mediation analysis approach with correlation and multiple regression
analyses were applied to this study. The finding of this study showed statistically significant correlations
among e-Learning efficacy, continuous-learning culture, motivation to transfer, and learning transfer;
however, no correlation was found between continuous-learning culture and motivation to transfer. In
addition, the result showed that e-Learning efficacy, continuous-learning culture and motivation to transfer
affected learning transfer. In addition, this study found the mediating effect of motivation to transfer
between e-Learning efficacy and learning transfer. Therefore, e-Learning efficacy, continuous-learning
culture, and motivation to transfer should be considered to enhance learning transfer in corporate
e-Learning.
