The main purpose of this study is to verify how W-HPTP, a teamwork program developed by K Corp. in aiming at consolidation the Wonder business management, increases participants' awareness and behavior of management elements such as customer value, ownership and open environment and contributes improvement of participants' business management. Also, this study aims to clarify the significance of team management activity and suggest a new direction for effective teamworks.
This program is verified in two sectors, changes of participants' awareness and behavior and
business management results. Additionally, participants' changes in behavior are compared with a controled group in the same period.
Activity elements of Wonder business management are applied to research participants' awareness and behavior. In order to measure business results, general KPI of the organization such as profits, termination ratio of MagaPass service, ratio of customer's complaint and ratio of network operation are used.
According to the survey that queried 1,730 number of participants in W-HPTP from 43 branches in 2006, participants show meaningful increase of participants' awareness and behavior, compared to the controled group that has no increase. When it comes to business management results, participants show a positive result, compared to the controled group. This result proves that self-change activity can be used as a useful tool to promote changes in organizations and members of organizations as well.
