The purpose of this study was to investigate the current of special classes at high school in
Seoul, and then, services and policies of participants. For this study, participants were 14 people of school administrators, teacher, student, parent, and social workers. For the qualitative research, the dictated data has been collected from participants\' in-depth interview, participant observation, and collected documents. After collecting data, these were taken from triangulation, membercheck, and peer debriefing to check trustworthiness. As the result of analytical research for the collected various materials in accordance with domain analysis and taxonomic analysis, it would be summarized as follows, in connection with the researching matter. The results of this study as follows; (a)Highschool special class runs the form of part time or assistant learning class and 1 special teacher assigned every each class. (b)Conversion teaching program has been developed quantitatively but still be under the necessity doing program of job and employment also need a better plan cause difficult co-operating system. (c)The most important thing is make the networking system with local community. To make successful networking there should be broadband support and operating system.
