본 연구는 3년제 유아교사 양성과정의 유아음악교육 관련 과목의 현황 및 교육내용의 분석 을 통하여 유아교사 양성과정의 유아음악교육 교육과정 방향 설정을 위한 기초 자료로 삼고자 하였다. 연구의 대상은 전국의 3년제 유아교육과 51개교의 음악교육 관련 교육과정이며, 10개 교의 음악교육 관련 교과목의 교육계획안을 분석을 통하여 교과 내용 분석 하였으며, 유아음 악교육 관련 교과목의 전망을 위해 유아음악교육 관련 전문가 5인과 유아교사로 재직 중인 유 아교육과 졸업생 3명의 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 한 학교 당 유아음악교육 관련 과목 은 평균 7.4개 개설되었으며, 기악 및 반주법 관련 과목이 가장 많이 개설되는 것으로 나타났 다. 유아음악교육 관련 과목은 타 교과목에 비하여 실기의 비중이 높았으며, 학점 운영 및 평 가 방법에 있어 학교 간에 대체적으로 유사하였다. 유아음악교육 관련 교과목 중 기악 및 반 주법의 유용성은 낮은 것으로 평가 되었으며, 음악적 소양을 길러주며, 음악을 즐길 수 있는 교수법이 이루어지는 것이 필요함을 언급하였다.
The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for setting up the direction of early childhood music-education curriculum in the early childhood teachers training courses by analysing curriculum and the present status of early childhood music-education text in the 3-year junior college. The study subjects were music-education related curriculum of the 3-year junior college of early childhood teacher education department of 51 schools. For analysing music-education related contents, we analysed education proposal of music-education related text of 10 schools. We interviewed 5 specialist of the early childhood music-education and 3 graduates of the department of early childhood education for finding out the prospect of the early childhood music-education text. According to the results of this study, the average number of the early childhood music-education related text were 7.4 and among them, instrumental music and accompaniment methods related texts were highly opened. The early childhood music-education related text placed great weight on practical skill than other text and the management and evaluation methods of the credit were similar among schools. The efficacy of the instrumental music and accompaniment methods were assessed low. This study revealed the necessity of teaching methods promote children's musical accomplishments and encourage children to enjoy music
