본 연구는 평가인증을 준비하는 과정에서 교사들이 겪는 어려움에 관해서 알아본 연구 이다. 본 연구를 위하여 평가 인증 과정에 참여한 경험이 있으며, 교사들을 8명 선정하여 인터뷰한 자료를 분석하였다. 자료는 연구 문제에 따라 평가 인증 준비 과정에서 교사들 이 업무상 겪은 어려움과, 인간관계의 어려움의 두 가지로 나눠 정리되었다. 연구 결과 교사들은 평가 인증 준비 과정 중에 업무에서 많은 종류의 서류 준비와, 지표 해석의 어 려움, 과중한 업무, 평가인증의 지표가 각 기관의 개별적인 특성을 포괄하지 못하는 어려 움, 준비 비용의 부족을 어려움을 지적하였으며, 인간관계에 있어서는 시설장, 교사, 학부 모들과의 관계에서 일시적으로 어려움을 겪은 것으로 나타났다.
This study is to investigate the difficulties of child care-givers that were experienced in preparing for the accreditation. For this study, 8 child care-givers were interviewed and the data were collected and analysed according to purposes. The results were classified by two parts: First, what did the child care-givers experience preparing for the accreditation in their service area? Second, what did the child care-givers experience preparing for the accreditation in their human relations? And the results were as follows: First, the child care-givers had difficulties in making too many papers and reports, interpretation of guide book for accreditation, overwork, fitting into criterions of accreditation not reflecting varieties of each child care centers, and lack of money to buy necessary goods. And second, the child care-givers had conflicts and stresses from principal and their colleagues, and getting difficulties in making relations with children's parents.
