This study is to investigate the difficulties of child care-givers that were experienced
in preparing for the accreditation. For this study, 8 child care-givers were interviewed
and the data were collected and analysed according to purposes. The results were
classified by two parts: First, what did the child care-givers experience preparing for the
accreditation in their service area? Second, what did the child care-givers experience
preparing for the accreditation in their human relations? And the results were as
follows: First, the child care-givers had difficulties in making too many papers and
reports, interpretation of guide book for accreditation, overwork, fitting into criterions of
accreditation not reflecting varieties of each child care centers, and lack of money to buy
necessary goods. And second, the child care-givers had conflicts and stresses from
principal and their colleagues, and getting difficulties in making relations with children's
parents.
