본 연구는 APQ척도의 한국판 표준화를 위한 것이다. 경남 김해시에 위치한 ‘M’ 어린이집과 ‘Y’ 유치원에 재원중인 만5세, 6세 유아 104명과 부산광역시와 경남 김해시에 위치한 ‘S’ 초 등학교와 ‘N’초등학교 1,2,3학년에 재학 중인 아동 315명의 부모를 대상으로 자료를 수집하였 다. 번역된 42개의 문항에 대한 신뢰도는 Cronbach의 α계수값이 .648이었으며, 각 하위요인별 Cronbach의 α계수값은 ‘관여’가 .686, ‘긍정적 부모역할’이 .759, ‘비일관적 훈육’이 .579, ‘허술 한 관찰/감독’이 .810, ‘체벌’이 .510, ‘기타 훈육 사례’가 .590으로 비교적 낮았다. 문항의 심층 적 분석을 위해 계층적군집분석(Hierarchical Cluster Analysis)과 다차원척도분석(Multidimensional Scaling; MDS analysis)을 실시하였으며 그 결과를 토대로 하여 42개 문항, 6개의 하위영역으로 이루어진 원 질문지의 구조를 ‘12’번과 ‘35’번 문항 등 2개를 제외 한 40개의 문항을 4개의 하위영역으로 재구성하여 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였으며 비교적 만족스러운 신뢰도(‘보상’, ‘벌’, ‘관여’, ‘불관여’의 Cronbach는 각 각 .810, .744, .613, .773)를 산출하였다. 4개 하위요인에 대한 타당도를 검증하기 위해 확인적 요인분석을 실시하여 양호한 결과를 얻었다. 4개 하위 영속에 내재된 2개의 차원은 보상-처벌 차원 및 관여-불관여 차원으로 명명하였으며, 이 척도 의 활용에 대해 논의하였다.
The purpose of present study was to standardize Korean Version of Alabama Parenting Questionnaire. 419 children age to 5 and 9 were used to gather this data. The reliability of the 42 items translated into Korean was Cronbachα’s α=.648 and the Cronbach’ s α of every sub factors were .686 for involvement, .759 for positive parenting, .579 for inconsistent discipline, .810 for poor monitoring/ supervision, .510 for corporal punishment, .590 for Other Discipline Practice were low. For the deep analysis of item characteristics the Hierarchical Cluster Analysis and Multidimensional Scaling; MDS analysis. Based on the result, 1) two items( item 12 and item 35) were excluded, 2) 4-clusters extracted out of 40 items, reward, punishment, involvement and uninvolvement. The reliability of reward, punishment, involvement and uninvolvement were .810, .744, .613 and .773 each. A Confirmatory Factor Analysis for validity of the 4-clusters endowed a good validity indices. 2 dimensions included in 4-clusters were named as reward ? punishment dimension and involvement ? uninvolvement dimension.
