본 연구는 의료보건계열 대학생의 양성평등의식과 성적 자율성이 위험 성 행동에 미치는 영향 요인을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 의료보건계열 대학생 119명을 대상으로 자료수집 후 SPSS 21.0 (IBM) program을 통해 회귀분석을 하였다. 연구 결과, 위험 성 행동에 영향 을 미치는 변수로는 성적 자율성의 조절, 양성평등의식의 사회심리적 특징, 성경험, 성별 로 나타났으며, 이들 변수는 위험 성 행동의 66.6%를 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 의료보건계열 대학생들의 위험 성 행동을 감소시키기 위해서는 대학생 의 성교육에 개인의 성적 자율성을 존중하고, 사회심리적 성의식을 적용하여 건강한 대 학생 성문화의 기틀을 마련해야 할 것이다.
The purpose of this study was done to identify the factors that gender equality consciousness and sexual autonomy of college students on risky sexual behaviors. The subjects were 119 healthcare related students. To analyze these data we used regression analysis by the SPSS 21.0(IBM) program. The results found that variables that affect the risky sexual behaviors has appeared controllable for sexual autonomy, psychosocial characteristics of gender equality consciousness, sexual experience, gender, and explained 66.6%. Based on the results of this study, in order to reduce the risk behavior of healthcare related students, respect the results of autonomy for each individual in the sex education, and by applying psychosocial sexual awareness, it is necessary to prepare the basis for a healthy university culture.
