Every year, an estimated 30 million bisphosphonate prescriptions are written in the U.S. alone. It is estimated that pamidronate and zoledronate have been used in over 2.5million patients worldwide1). Some patients who have Paget's disease and osteolysis with metastatic bone disease may not be able to survive without bisphosphonate therapy. 이 연구의 목적은 관절가동범위 평가도구의 신뢰성과 타당성을 고니오메터와 Fisi metrix를 통해 비교하기 위한 것이다. 임상치료 및 재활 평가에 있어 일반적으로 사용되고 있는 고니오메터와 사진판독을 통한 측정을 비교한 결과 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 사진판독에 대한 측정자간 신뢰도를 분석한 결과 유의한 상관관계를 보임으로서 관절운동범위에 대한 측정의 객관성을 제시할 수 있을 것이다.
