본 연구는 수도권 지역 중에서 재정자립도가 상대적으로 낮은 인천, 경기 지역의 문예회관에 대한 상대적 운영효율성을 분석하였다. 이러한 운영효율성 분석을 위하여 GRDP, 인구밀도와 같은 환경변수의 영향력을 제거한 DEA 모형을 사용하였으며, 횡단적 분석과 종단적 분석을 함께 실시하였다. 횡단적 분석에는 CCR, BCC, Super-SBM 모형을 사용하였다. 특히 Super-SBM 모형을 사용하여 투입·산출변수에 대한 여유(Slack)를 고려하였으며, 이를 통해 각 문예회관(DMU)의 투입·산출변수에 대한 개선 필요 정도를 제시하였다. 분석...
