본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 국내에서 시행된 진로집단상담 프로그램의 진로정체감에 대한 효과를 메타분석 방법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석 대상 논문은 국내 학술연구데이터베이스 검색 및 수기로 수집하여 선정 및 배제 기준에 따라 선별하였다. 그 결과 총 24편의 논문이 최종 선정되었으며, 전체 평균 효과크기(Hedges’ g)는 1.67(95% CI [1.14, 2.21])로 큰 효과크기를 보였으며, 상당한 이질성을 나타냈다(I 2=85.9%, Q=162.82, df=23, p<.001). 이질성에 대한 조절효과를 분석한 결과 중재 회기 수는 ‘9회기 이상 11회기...
