Does evaluation decrease students\' intrinsic motivation? Does evaluation interfere with creativity? In this paper the concept of creativity is discussed, and an overview of research on creativity and intrinsic/extrinsic motivations, which can influence students\' creativity is provided. And some considerations for protecting and developing students\' creativity in the process of evaluation were recommended. Finally, conclusions were made and suggestions for the future study on the relationship of creativity, intrinsic/extrinsic motivation and evaluation were made.
