본 연구에서는 2수준 다층모형을 적용하여 유아의 지능 및 어머니 양육행동과 교사의 창의성 교수효능감이 유아의 창의성에 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구의 대상은 유치원 31학급에서 선정된 만 5세 유아 461명 및 어머니 461명과 해당 학급의 교사 31명이다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아의 창의성과 유아의 지능, 어머니의 양육행동 및 교사의 창의성 교수 효능감 간에는 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아의 지능, 어머니의 양육행동 및 교사의 창의성 교수 효능감은 유아 창의성에 유의미한 영향을 미친다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 또한 어머니의 양육행동은 교사의 창의성 교수 효능감과 상호작용하여 유아의 창의성에 영향을 미쳤다.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the extent to which children’s intelligence, mother\'s child-rearing behaviors, and teacher\'s creativity teaching efficacy can explain the creativity of young children. The subjects of this study included 461 young children under age five and their mother from 30 kindergarten classes and their 31 teachers. Data gathered were analyzed the verification of the hypothesis of this subject for using SPSS and HLM(Hierarchical Linear Model). The results of this study were as follows: First, there were significant positive relationships between the intelligence and creativity of the young children, mothers’ child-rearing behaviors and creativity of the young children, and teachers’ creativity teaching efficacy and creativity of the young children. Second, the intelligence of the young children show significant direct influence on young children’s creativity. The mother\'s child-rearing behaviors and teachers\' creativity teaching efficacy show significant direct influence on young children’s creativity. The mother\'s child-rearing behaviors and teachers\' creativity teaching efficacy have interaction effects on young children’s creativity.
