The purpose of this research is to provide basic data for the provision of customer-oriented child care service and efficient operation of child care facility by finding out how the request for child care facility is changing according to different background elements of parents who have young children. As the result of the research, first, there was a meaningful difference in the request of starting time of child care facility during weekday according to educational career, profession, and income level but there was a meaningful difference in the request of child care service during holiday, child early morning care, child night care, and child 24 hours care service according to educational career and profession. Second, in case of the request of child care tuition, there was a meaningful difference according to educational career, profession, and income level. Third, in the request of starting and ending time of child care facility, there was a meaningful difference according to educational career and profession. Fourth, there was a meaningful difference in the request of education forms and contents of parents and in the request of communication methods, there was also a meaningful difference according to educational career and profession.
