This study analyzed perception of the staffs' role in school libraries as a way of revitalization of school libraries. This study aims to clarify the differences between self and mutual perception of role among staffs(teachers, teacher librarians/librarian and assistant staffs) by comparing cross-over. It made an attempt to find a way of improving mutual understandings between staffs and assistant staffs in school libraries. It suggested it is necessary for us to narrow the gaps in perception among staff's role in diversified school library services in the areas of administration, function, voluntary education.
